- 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
- 0–6 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge.
- No-show or failure to travel: 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the destination, travel season, booking date, and the specific terms applicable to the services included in the package. Certain bookings may have special cancellation conditions or non-refundable components.
The applicable cancellation policy and any special conditions will be clearly communicated to the customer before booking confirmation.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable service fees, and other eligible costs in accordance with the confirmed booking terms.
Depending on the destination and booking conditions, refunds may be subject to the processing timelines of the respective service providers. In certain cases, a credit voucher or alternative arrangement may be offered instead of a monetary refund, depending on the applicable booking terms.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 30 working days, subject to confirmation of the refundable amount and completion of the necessary processing.
