Exclusions
  •  With reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. This is to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied.
  • This tax will be charged on top of the 6 per cent GST & other state tourism fees (such as Penang Local Government Fee, Langkawi Tourism Promotion Fee & Melaka Heritage Charge)

  • Any special request (room next to each other, connecting rooms, room on the same floor, king size / double bed, floor covering of any description, early check in, non-smoking room, etc.) subject to availability on first come first serve basis upon your arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign.
  • Midnight surcharge will be imposed for all pick ups between 2300hrs – 0630hrs.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours is subjected to 100%cancellation charges (for cancellation more than 48 hours - cancellation charges are subjected to hotel policy and other applicable charges).
  • SIC pick up timing KLIA – city hotel – 0600hrs (every 1 hrs) till 1500hrs
  • SIC pick up timing KLIA2 – city hotel – 0630hrs (every 1 hrs) till 1530hrs
  • SIC pick up timing Cityhotel – KLIA / KLIA2 – 0600hrs (every 2 hrs) till 1800hrs
